My support services are tailor-made and, depending on needs, I involve trusted partners (coaches, HR experts, crisis management experts...)

My background:

Manager for nearly 20 years within major international groups, and COO of a legal team of over 600 people, I have led cultural transformations, implemented an engaged leadership model, and supported organizational optimizations in international and complex environments.

Today, I put this experience and my coaching skills at the service of the organizations I support.

What particularly drives me:

• Developing aligned, authentic, and responsible leadership to gain strength and inspire teams to commit.

• Revitalizing team cohesion and developing a learning and innovative organization.

My approach:

Empathetic and intuitive, I center my approach on relationships to enable my clients to build confidence, dare to try new things, and develop fruitful alliances. Each support process is designed based on a thorough assessment of needs and involves establishing an ethical pact to foster trust, expression, and innovation. 

The tools I prefer to deeply activate awareness and facilitate movement are: metaphor, play, and body dynamics.
