Our approach
Support over time based on identified needs (generally from 6 to 18 months)
The support program is based on a contractual agreement established between the manager and the team.
It may consist of:
Launch and closing seminars
Facilitation of thematic workshops
Participation in the regular team meetings during which the coach observes and debriefs after the meeting. The meeting concludes with progress objectives determined with the team.
