Our approach
Support over time according to identified needs (generally from 6 to 18 months)
The support program is based on a target contract established between the manager and the team.
It may consist of:
Kick-off and closing seminars
Facilitation of thematic workshops
Participation in regular team meetings during which the coach observes and debriefs after the meeting. The meeting ends with progress objectives determined with the team.
