Our approach

Support over time according to identified needs (generally from 6 to 18 months)

The support program is based on a target contract established between the manager and the team. 

It may consist of:

  • Kick-off and closing seminars

  • Facilitation of thematic workshops

  • Participation in regular team meetings during which the coach observes and debriefs after the meeting. The meeting ends with progress objectives determined with the team.
