Our approach

Support over time based on identified needs (generally from 6 to 18 months)

The support program is based on a contractual agreement established between the manager and the team. 

It may consist of:

  • Launch and closing seminars

  • Facilitation of thematic workshops

  • Participation in the regular team meetings during which the coach observes and debriefs after the meeting. The meeting concludes with progress objectives determined with the team.
